Al's
Steak House is one of the oldest established fine dining restaurants
in Joliet. Established in 1964, Al's has gone through many changes. The
original building was enlarged to serve the growing number of diners visiting
Al's. Once known as the nightspot of Joliet, with many bands appearing
nightly in the lounge, Al's decided to change. Due to changing times,
our lounge was converted to banquet rooms. The gates to one of Joliet's
Landmarks, Joliet Citizens Brewery, were used in our décor adding
a charm to our 350-seat dining room.
Al's
has maintained a reputation for serving the best charbroiled steaks in
the area. Our steaks and chops are cut daily by our experienced chef's.
We have a variety of fresh fish delivered daily to offer the tastiest
meals around. 
Daily
lunch and dinner specials are offered as well as our delicious Friday
seafood buffet from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
and Al's Super Sunday brunch served from 10:00 am
- 4:00 pm. One of Al's many specialties are the
Grecian style steaks served with Al's own double baked potato. Don't miss
our generous salad bar— offered nightly!
Today Al's banquet
facilities accommodate 15 to 150 people. Our rooms are used for weddings,
anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, reunions, funeral luncheons and a variety
of other occasions.

In January 2007 Al's Steakhouse was acknowledged as one of the 2006 TOP WINNERS of the coveted SILVER PLATTER AWARDS by Food Industry News in the "Favorite Restaurant" category!
